Q: What are the prices?

Q: Is alcohol permitted?
A: Yes, the 2 options for an event with alcohol are: 

1. We provide a cash bar at a reasonable price to you and your guests, or 

2. You can have an open bar. You bring the alcohol (including mix and garnishes) and we provide a bartender to serve it. There is a $11 per hour gratuity for open bar. 

Also, note that with up to 30 people you can have just one bartender, after 30 we require 2.

Q: Is there a minimum rental time?
A: Generally 3 hours but it can vary depending on the event. For more information, please see our pricing page. 

Q: Do I have to pay for set up and tear down time before and after my event? 
A: Yes, the hourly rate includes the total time you are here in the venue. If you need any time to organize or set up your event before it begins, please include the time you need in your booking. 
 

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum capacity for an event at FriendsQuarters?
A: There is no minimum capacity. We move our furniture around and use different areas of the space, to create a cozy space for a small group of 5, or spread out to utilize the full space to accommodate large groups of up to 60 people. The maximum amount of people depends on type of event.
